Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days to the US, 10–18 days internationally. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, and most EU countries. More regions coming soon.

Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unopened items. Just email us at hello@glowsealbeauty.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Products

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — 100%. We never test on animals, and we never work with suppliers who do.

Are your products vegan?
Yes — every product is vegan.

How long do products last?
Most products are good for 18–24 months unopened. Once opened, the PAO symbol on the packaging tells you how many months to use within.

I have sensitive skin. Will your products work for me?
Most will. We always recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use — especially with actives, fragrance, or new ingredients.

Account

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes reordering + tracking faster.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If we haven't shipped yet, yes — email us fast at hello@glowsealbeauty.com.
